Originally a private Residence, the Inn has been an elite boarding Home, a private boys school and today is one of Atlantic Canada's Finest Country Inns. Our menu's flavours have been inspired by our travels and combined with Nova Scotian traditions.

We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed creating them.

The Annapolis Valley produces a cornucopia of fruits and vegetables that we use in season. We strive to use local produce, seafood and local responsibly raised meats whenever possible.
